You have the right to choose your own repairer. Here's how the whole thing runs once you nominate us.
Lodge & nominate JMC
Lodge your claim with your insurer and nominate JMC Motorcycles as your preferred motorcycle repairer. You don't have to use their recommended shop.
Drop in & we assess
Deliver your bike to our Coomera workshop and we'll assess the damage and send a full quote straight to your insurer.
We repair it
Once approved we order the correct parts and repair your bike to manufacturer standards, keeping you and your insurer updated throughout.
Repaired & detailed
Your bike comes back fully repaired, washed and detailed, ready to get you back on the road.

Do you repair motorcycles after an accident?
Yes. We specialise in motorcycle accident and insurance repairs on all makes and models, from light cosmetic damage through to major structural work.
Do I have to use my insurer's recommended repairer?
No. You have the right to choose your own repairer. Just nominate JMC Motorcycles as your preferred motorcycle repairer when you lodge your insurance claim.

Can my motorcycle be delivered directly to your workshop?
Yes. Motorcycles can be delivered directly to our workshop in Coomera, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Do you offer a courtesy motorcycle while mine is repaired?
Most third party claims may be able to access a courtesy motorcycle through Right2Drive. Ask us and we'll point you in the right direction.
What types of motorcycles do you repair?
We repair all makes and models: sports bikes, cruisers, dirt bikes, touring bikes and more.
Will I be updated during the repair?
Absolutely. We keep both you and your insurer informed throughout the whole repair process.
Do you handle parts ordering?
Yes, we take care of all parts sourcing and ordering, so your bike is repaired with the correct components to manufacturer standards.
Can I contact you directly during the repair?
Yes, reach out any time if you have questions, need an update, or have a specific request about your repair.
What condition will my bike be returned in?
